How our pricing works
Some clients want us to take care of everything including the employment and payment of the chef. Others prefer to pay the chef on their payroll. Choose the pricing structure which suits your business.
CJUK Payroll
We pay the candidate on our payroll and invoice you weekly for the hours they worked. We agree an hourly charge rate before the candidate starts which includes:
- Candidates hourly pay rate
- Employers national insurance
- Candidate holiday pay
- Pension contribution
- CJUK margin 20-30%
Payment terms of 14 days upon successful completion of a credit check.
Fixed Term bookings
You pay the candidate and we charge a weekly agency fee.
Candidate pay rates range from £15 - £30 per hour depending on:
- the seniority of the chef
- the complexity of the job
- supply and demand based on seasonality and the time of year
